Stellina is a Taiwanese cartoonist, her cartoons deal with both local politics and international issues.
Her work has been published in many Taiwanese media including the News Lens/International, New Bloom, the Initium as well as in European media, such as Le Monde, Courrier International, France 24, Le Temps, Voxeurop, NCR, Trouw and many others.
Stellina also publishes two comic books ”En quête de racines” (self published) and ”Dans la cour des grands” (Patayo Editions).
She is also a correspondent for Radio France International rédaction Chinoise, covering news on Taiwan and cross strait issues.

政大外交系畢業以及在法國巴黎政治高等學院研讀國際關係的背景，使得她的創作題材擴及全球時事。她以敏銳的國際視野以及幽默諷刺的畫風活躍於法國《世界報》（Le Monde）等主流媒體之政治漫畫版面 。而以辛辣筆觸刻畫臺、美、中三角關係的作品，更曾被收錄在最新版法國中學史地教科書中。身為新聞漫畫家的同時，她目前也為法國國際廣播電台撰寫台灣與兩岸相關新聞。
她的首本政治諷刺漫畫《菁英學院》（DANS LA COUR DES GRANDS），以包括小英總統在內的全球領袖一起上學去的故事，搭配荒謬搞笑的暗喻，嘲諷國際局勢與臺海現況，於2023年在法國出版後，也於2024年在台出版翻譯版。
